Over the past 25 years, we have performed dozens of budgeting and accounting analyses for a broad spectrum and state and local government agencies. Our experience encompasses collection and compilation of cost data from 169 separate superior and municipal trial courts throughout the state to develop the first statewide trail court budget, conduct of detailed cost analyses of specific programs and operations for dozens of smaller agencies and programs, and preparation of legislative and Budget Change Proposals (BCPs).
